LUKE & ESMAE
Luke and Esmae have been taking the casual collection for a spin around the Spa City, Bath. Starting the day in Ancoats Walnut for him and Chorlton Sand for her, sneakers that slot effortlessly into a city morning, whether that's a flat white on a quiet side street or a lap of the market before the crowds arrive.
Available in a range of characterful tones, our sneakers sit in that sweet spot between relaxed and put-together. Easy enough to slip on as you head out the door, and polished enough to walk straight into lunch without a second thought.
Come the afternoon, the Wycoller Caramel and Trawden Walnut did what a good boat shoe always does: made everything look a little more considered with no extra effort required.
They pottered the scenic route, into a few shops, and made it to a restaurant booking at the end of the day without needing to go back and change. That's the quiet confidence of a proper leather boat shoe.
LOU & DAN
Lou and Dan took things at exactly the pace a city weekend deserves, unhurried. A long weekend in Oxford gave them the full run: riverside wanders, rooftop cocktails, and an easy drift along the high street. For the sneakers, Dan went for Ancoats Mole and Lou for Chorlton Mink, a neutral pairing that moves easily throughout the day.
The Ancoats are cut from our signature Charles F Stead leather in Mole, giving them a characterful, tactile quality that works just as well with trousers as it does with jeans. Lou's gum-soled Chorlton's complement that naturally, keeping things relaxed and in step with each other.
On the boat shoe front, Dan's Wycoller Walnut and Lou's Trawden Caramel are classic loafers doing exactly what they do best, which is all-day comfort with an effortless finish. Morning to last light, one pair was all they needed. That's rather the point.
